I’m a dynamic and strategic leader in the training and business development space, specialising in aviation and engineering training. With over two decades in the Royal Air Force followed by senior roles in education and training, I’ve consistently driven success through innovative solutions, high-impact partnerships, and unwavering commitment to quality.My journey has taken me from hands-on technical training with the RAF to leading strategic initiatives at the Lincoln College Group, where I directed the Air & Space Institute (ASI) to a 25% increase in enrolment and a 15% boost in student satisfaction. Building meaningful partnerships with aerospace leaders has been central to my work, ensuring training remains industry-relevant and impactful.As Head of Training Services at Eagle Eye Innovations, I’m focused on delivering exceptional training solutions tailored to industry needs.
