With 20 years in supply chain and roles in, or adjacent to, every SC function from the operational floor to bringing innovation from consumer concept to finished goods reality, I am an experienced and accomplished supply chain professional. With enough years in to know that there’s always something new to learn and opportunities to continue to grow, my drive for continuous development makes me an effective and dynamic leader.In my current role as Head of CAN SC leading end-to-end supply chain operations for CAN while serving as a member of the Canadian leadership team, I own the full supply chain P&L, the delivery of customer fill rate, customer service and product inventory/loss while driving efficiency and alignment between BU and SC from production floor to end customer.I also lead the TBG North American Supply Chain Integration function. I’m privileged to have an amazing team of integrators that own the SC execution of all cross-functional project efforts from breakthrough innovation to quality improvement and everything in between.In my previous operational roles, I have led operational teams of over 150 people, simultaneously overseen double digit numbers of production lines, managed warehousing and shipping operations and managed budgets of $30MM+ while delivering best in class efficiency and standout quality performance.As an integration manager, I have done everything from managing supply assurance for PepsiCo’s juice business during the COVID pandemic to delivering year-over-year input productivity totals of $50MM+. I have delivered countless innovations across the beverage business, managing them from concept through on-shelf execution.I get energized by building and developing teams that are prepared to work and deliver at the highest levels while staying excited and engaged in their day to day. As the demands on supply chains change and develop over time, it is increasingly important for our teams to stay flexible and agile to continue to deliver in this ever-changing environment.
