As the Chief Operating Officer at Reiter\'s Custom Welding Inc, I oversee the daily operations of a fast-growing company that specializes in custom metal fabrication and manufacturing. As I work to consistently foster new customer relationships and broaden our clientele demographic. I ensure to always put our customers first, providing the fastest lead times in the Southwest. We are contracted and currently manufacture for several Fortune 500 Companies. I manage a team of 15-25 employees, ensure quality standards, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and optimize workflows and processes. I leverage my communication, time management, and team management skills to deliver excellent results and customer satisfaction. I have a degree in Communications and minors in Business and Real Estate from Colorado State University, where I also played football for four years and gained valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, and resilience. I also had a brief stint as a professional athlete with the New England Patriots & United States Football League, where I learned how to perform under pressure and adapt to changing situations. I am passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact, and I aim to use my skills and expertise to create innovation in the steel fabrication industry.
