Leading and delivering QinetiQ\'s Integrated Strategic Business Plan, our long-term financial and strategic plan. This is a high profile, multi-discipline process directly involving 50 colleagues• Leading and preparing the annual Strategy and Planning cycle• Providing oversight, leadership and support to priority projects and growth initiatives• Led development of QinetiQ\'s first Net-Zero Greenhouse Gas Plan. As part of this, I led QinetiQ to become the first aerospace & defence company in the world (and one of the first 20 of any sector in Europe) to have its net-zero targets accredited by the SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative)- accreditation set as a goal by the CFO• Led a senior team to identify significant profit improvement opportunities and set plans for their delivery, achieving sign off by the exec committee (QLT)• Core member of COVID recovery team with CEO, CFO and CSO• Contributing to results presentations and annual reports• Developing methods of evaluating the performance of business units against their agreed plans and objectives
