I am an Operations Finance Manager at Ferguson, partnering with senior regional leadership to drive financial performance across 17 business units nationwide. I serve as the primary finance business partner to two Regional Vice Presidents, supporting strategic planning, capital allocation, and operational execution.My responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process, developing CapEx and business development cases, and preparing consolidated financial reporting for executive leadership. I work closely with regional leadership to translate financial insights into actionable strategies, improve financial acumen across teams, and identify key levers to drive growth and margin expansion.Prior to this role, I spent 10 years within the Finance organization at General Motors, where I held positions across Corporate FP & A, employment cost analysis, and logistics. I managed a $1B+ healthcare budget, led financial modeling of union proposals during the 2023 negotiations with the United Auto Workers, and collaborated cross-functionally to assess enterprise-wide cost impacts. My work supported executive decision-making and contributed to receiving a CFO Impact Award.In addition to corporate finance leadership, I have operational management experience leading teams of 60+ field staff, supervisors, and project managers within the underground infrastructure sector as a member of Duke\'s Root Control.
