Founded in 1965, Cavco is a leading designer and builder of factory-built structures including manufactured homes, modular homes, commercial buildings, park model RVs and vacation cabins. The company employs approximately 7,000 people and operates 31 homebuilding production lines. Our insurance group, Standard Casualty, offers a wide range of insurance products for manufactured home owners, and our finance subsidiary, CountryPlace Mortgage, who seek the opportunity to help build a future focused on helping people achieve the life-changing dream of home ownership.
