ABOUT ROSS MORTIMER

Hello, my Name is Caleb Ross Mortimer, but I go by Ross. I have extensive knowledge with computers through previous jobs and personal time. I am knowledgeable in all Microsoft software, all Apple products, phones, TV\'s and electronics. I have worked with ticketing systems, and within small, and large teams. I have helped Manage and know what it takes to be a good employee and a good Leader.The past 6 years I have worked with software and hardware. Phone systems, servers ticketing systems, database inquiry, writing KBA\'s, and everything in-between. I am looking for a place to grow and further my career.Currently I am a analyst with Starbucks, working on the Chronic Store Team. My role within the team is to identify trends and issues within stores around the country, as well as handle escalations from stores that are continuing to have issues. This takes a large knowledge base, as well as great customer care as many of these stores leaders and partners are very frustrated with the state of their technology.I am also responsible for many project tasks. A report which depicts how many times a vendor has visited a store. Writing KBA\'s (knowledge base articles) for the Chronic Store Team so that the write processes can be put into place. and finally, Going through different reports to find trends and topics.Willing to relocate anywhere
