After a year of retirement, I joined a great team at ASDA in Dyce Aberdeen as a part time security guard in July, and as of November 2025 I am now Compliance Lead for the store. Keys Skills - Project/Delivery Management, Compliance, Operations, Transformation and Change Management, Training and Coaching, Process writing and Problem solving.Keep it Simple attitude and Lead by Example - Bringing teams together to delivery legendary service for Our customers.Bringing with me a wealth of experience in Project and Change Management utilising my key skills in leading, coaching, training, project, delivery and change management.Experienced Project, Operations and Delivery Manager(previously Customer Service Manager)in the Broadband/Telecoms industry. I am currently a Project Controls Manager with CityFibre Delivering Gigabit Broadband across Scotland and the North East of England. Supporting teams in the construction of a brand new network, whilst sharing my PIA experience with my colleagues. Overcoming obstacles along the way and providing our customers with a legendary service.Specialising in leading and coaching teams in Project Management, delivery, transformation and continuous improvement. I bring my problem solving, training and coaching skills to support people succeed whilst empowering them to look at ways to improve the way we deliver. I find it very rewarding to support my colleagues, and help them on their own career journeys.
