Manage a team in Bangalore India that processes sensitive investment related data such as trades, expenses and participant activity on a daily basis for 401k plans of the biggestcompanies in the world. My team also completes a daily reconciliation of cash and stock data from multiple programs and sources. I present my analysis of the team to upper management and provide suggestions on how to better utilize the team monthly-Analyze the daily, monthly, and yearly processes across the department and create newmethods of completing them that reduce risk, time and resources needed-Work closely with developers to advance data governance policies by identifying datafeeds’ accuracy, use cases, flow and security. These data feeds that hit our systems drivebillions of dollars in valuations daily so ensuring we are using them effectively and efficiently while minimizing risk is critical-Lead multiple department wide projects that define the future of the company. One being the Evolve process development which is changing our core process into scalable subset processes. The focus of Evolve is to take critical data elements and process them on a large scale while retaining accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of the information. I work daily with the business unit, developers, and upper management to shape this product.
