I currently work as a Senior Sourcing Manager in Indirect Procurement, supporting our Technology teams at Amway.My role focuses on helping the business make smart, practical sourcing decisions across the technology category. That includes leading RFPs, negotiating commercial terms, managing supplier relationships, and partnering closely with Technology, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure we are getting the right value from our investments.Before moving into Procurement, I spent several years in Digital Marketing and MarTech. I worked hands-on with global platforms, vendor relationships, and large-scale initiatives, and delivered meaningful cost savings through technology renewals and optimization. That background shapes how I approach procurement today. I understand how these tools are actually used, where value is created, and where complexity can creep in if things are not structured well.I enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and vendors. I care about clear communication, fair but firm negotiation, and building partnerships that work for both sides. I am always looking to learn from others in procurement and technology and to keep improving how sourcing supports the business.
