Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, from contract award through to handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. My role involves managing all operational, commercial and contractual aspects of my projects whilst providing strong leadership to the site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners. Commercial & contractual management forms a critical part of my role, including forecasting & controlling costs, administering NEC contract, identifying & managing change, and working closely with our commercial teams to record & recover variations. I am the primary point of contact for our clients and continue to build strong working relationships, leading project meetings & managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. I also liaise with designers, consultants, local authorities and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges, mitigate risks and ensure coordination across all disciplines.Projects involved with- Coalburn BESS
