I am a proven IT Asset Manager managing a small team who act as a control function for the organisations IT Assets. Ensuring that risks and issues are documented and escalated. Testing processes and procedures. Working with infrastructure, desktop and security teams, covering both Hardware (Infrastructure & EUC) and Software to safeguard and optimise. Maintaining a single source of truth on ITSM toolset. Previously a Vendor Manager with experience of working on large Technology contracts, creating working relationships with Vendors and managing the needs of business stakeholders, while delivering best value in a public sector organisation. I have also performed roles a customer facing Service Delivery Manager, with experience of working on site, in a challenging and fast paced environment within a large UK based financial services customer, I have developed a wide and valuable set of service delivery skills, ranging from hands on break-fix to being responsible for the end solution being delivered to the customer. Additionally, I have commercial experience managing $100m+ contract whereby I managed areas such as inventory, cost, debt and vendors. I am a committed and customer focussed individual and takes pride in representing my company and doing things well. I am punctual, hardworking and have a keen interest in continuing to learn new skills.
