Quantity Surveyor @Sp Energy Networks

As a Quantity Surveyor within SP Distribution of SP Energy Networks I am tasked with commercial control of ongoing network projects, these types of projects range from local distribution connections, substantial substation works, major distribution projects and windfarms/green projects in aims of providing better cleaner energy for customers - these projects can range from £75k - £7-10m. My role also extends to providing commercial support to other sections of the business, providing input towards contractor disputes, managing framework contractors, completing novations, variations, monthly cost reporting. The role also includes major co-operation with Project Managers to ensure that contracts are adhered to, these contracts being predominantly NEC3/NEC4 and FIDIC contracts.
