Responsible for brand commercialization from ideation to launch in to meet our retail partners’ needs and maximize private label and national brand sales.• Drove 90% volume growth to $58MM over three years by increasing share in existing customers and expanding into new retailers.• Launched over 20 new brands and 100+ SKUs, including a $13MM hit in Mi Familia Flores, Total Wine’s most successful launch in several years.• Diversified the supplier base in Tequila products resulting in more consistent supply, better costing, and broader innovation during a critical industry-wide shortage in agave and aged liquid.• Stood up all new processes and tools where none existed before: National Account Strategy, Annual Operating Plans, Call Coverage, Trade Marketing Calendars, Brand Selling Decks, Barrel Models, etc.
