The Operations Manager at the International Safety Training College in Malta, and previously a Senior Instructor providing in-depth training to the professional development of fire fighting cadets and leading training providers for the Oil and Gas industry; worldwide professional highly motivated, Instructor with a proven track record on working under pressure alone or as part of a dedicated team.Strong organisational and communication skills, extensive training and knowledge all combine to provide an effective Manager with the ability to provide effective solutions to meet company and client objectives. To the highest standards travelling to various locations to offer industry-leading training. Previously from Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and British Army. Having worked in hostile and challenging environments most of my working life from my time in the military and Armed private security sector in Africa and the Middle East. I have adapted to working under extreme pressure at times.
