As the Head of Operations at DeliveryApp, a fast-growing start-up that provides a nationwide network of drivers to a range of industries. I oversee the operational, recruitment and financial structures of the company. I have been working at DeliveryApp 3+ years, starting as an Operations Executive and quickly progressing to an Operations Manager. Through this role I was promoted to Head of Operations. I have developed and improved the organisational processes and structures that have increased both productivity and financial potential. Through strategic recruitment, I have increased the number of users on DeliveryApp by 500% in 3 years.
