Global Art Lead of Marketing Creative Studio @Riot Games

I am responsible for managing the Global Art Team for Marketing Creative Studio. I help build and evolve the Riot\'s fluid internal marketing team, as well as support all of the games marketing efforts. Through my time at Riot I\'ve lead art teams for League of Legends: Wild Rift, League of Legends and Valorant. I oversaw the creation and evolution of the Riot Games brand and LoL: Wild Rift brand systems. I work with regional creative teams all around the world to guide in hitting Riot Games visual quality bar. I manage and build teams of illustrators and visual designers to create global player focused campaigns. I art direct and guide the animation team on our CG commercials. I build and cultivate art production pipelines between Riot\'s global teams to help create more efficient asset production. I also mentor career paths for designers and illustrators.
