As part of CALA\'s two-year Graduate Programme, I am developing a well-rounded understanding of the residential property development sector, with a primary focus on Sales.Sales & Customer Journey- Guide customers through the entire house-buying process - from initial enquiry through to reservation, contract exchange, and completion- Deliver exceptional aftercare, ensuring homeowners feel supported post-purchase- Assist with part-exchange and assisted move processes, working closely with internal teams and external estate agents to ensure seamless transactions- Support the sales managers and site teams in achieving sales targets while upholding CALA’s premium customer service standards.Cross-Departmental Experience- Undertook a 12 week placement in the Land & Planning department, gaining insights into site acquisition and the planning process - including engagement with local authorities, legal professionals, and many different stakeholders to bring future developments to life- Developing an understanding of how early-stage decisions shape future community development and housing delivery- Currently working with the marketing department developing market research and digital skills.Graduate Project- I led a cross-functional graduate team as Project Manager for a potential strategic business initiative- Responsible for driving the project timeline, coordinating collaboration across departments, and preparing a business change proposal to present to CALA’s executive leadership team.
