Ross joined the practice in 2003, and has been able to build a varied portfolio throughout various sectors not least the implementation of over Two Million square feet of Mixed Use Retail/ Leisure/ Accommodation throughout the UK. He became an Associate Director in 2017 and is currently involved with operational and business development matters as well as maintaining an active role with clients and projects.His particular interests and specialisms are working together with Clients, Managers and Developers to help reinforce their branding and develop a house style bespoke to them. He has developed major new builds, and Masterplan developments in the UK concentrating on Place Making and Adaptable Spaces.

I am a Chartered Architect with over 15 years of experience leading teams and delivering high-quality projects across specialist sectors I co-lead. My role extends beyond design and delivery, I actively drive growth, innovation, and excellence in every project I oversee.Currently, I am spearheading the expansion of our refurbishment portfolio, with a strong focus on Retrofit initiatives and Building a Safer Future commissions. My track record includes extensive work on Higher Risk Buildings and the improvement of approximately existing homes as part of the Retrofit programme, ensuring safer, more sustainable living environments. We are proud to have successfully navigated Gateway 2 with several HRBs.In addition, I bring deep expertise in retail and mixed-use developments, with a portfolio covering over 3 million sqft of new-build and refurbished retail space. My experience spans town centre regeneration, district centres, roadside developments, and large-scale out-of-town shopping parks, delivering commercially viable, design-led solutions that transform places and communities.I am also committed to knowledge sharing and industry leadership. I regularly deliver CPDs to clients and consultants on key topics including BSA Gateways and Retrofit, and I am proud to support wellbeing in the profession as a Qualified Mental Health First Aider
