Talking directly to your customers is extremely under-utilized by companies large and small. Leveraging paid elements to learn more insights about your current and future customers is one of my favorite tactics that allows me to weave learnings into other channels. UX: I love A/B testing so much that I got a girlfriend once from it. Testing and focusing efforts on the best possible user experience ties everything together. I used to love to bring people into a website, but now there\'s more of a holistic view of what different users want to accomplish and what they need - and providing that to them. Whatever business function you\'re in, if you\'re not incorporating UX and it\'s principles - you will ultimately fail. I finally accomplished my dream of starting my own company and now I want to help other businesses in their digital growth.
