This was a desktop rollout project on a large site and involving the following:• Initial audit of site and all machines.• Data Backup and Migration.• Liaising with users and suppliers to plan and coordinate rollout.• Imaging PCs using ghost.• Installing new office printers.• ‘Floor walking’ to resolve any teething problems and user queries.• Smart Card activation for each user.• Decommissioning of old kit safely and securely in line with company policy.
