The Process & Systems Excellence team operates as Capgemini’s global Centre of Competence (CoC) for Talent Acquisition (TA). Its mandate is to design, govern, and continuously improve the policies, processes, and systems that underpin recruitment excellence across the organisation. By driving global alignment to TA standards and promoting a culture of ongoing optimisation, the team helps elevate both the quality and efficiency of recruitment delivery worldwide.It supports all Capgemini business areas and countries, ensuring that every TA function benefits from consistent, scalable, and best in class practices.At the global level, the CoC establishes the overarching framework for all TA related process and technology activities. This includes defining standardised workflows, maintaining system governance, and shaping the long term strategy for recruitment tools and capabilities. The team also provides structured support to local TA organisations, guiding them through the deployment and adoption of global standards and solutions. Through monitoring, advisory support, and continuous improvement initiatives, the CoC ensures alignment with global expectations and enhances both the effectiveness and experience of recruitment operations across the Capgemini ecosystem.
