You will see that I am a hugely experienced and highly competent leader, having worked for Asda stores in the UK for many years starting my journey on the shop floor serving customers. In that time I have been very lucky to to work with some great colleagues and work for some great leaders which has provided me with many opportunities to build my career. I have worked across numerous functions within the business which has given me great depth of knowledge and experience, specifically within retail and technology. I am a self-starter professional who always delivers, with extensive experience leading large I.T teams within the service operations, infrastructure and supplier management functions managing which has included managing large scale budgets. I operate at senior organisational level and have proven track record working with teams and partners from around the globe to create and deliver diverse and creative services, support models and managed outcomes. I am a real people person, knowing and engaging our colleagues is one the main key ingredients to any business success.
