   Scope: Maintained accountability for designing, developing, overseeing, and implementing policy and regulatory engagement strategies, which included developing a supply chain development advisory board consisting of state government representatives from 11 states. Served as an industry educator; developed curriculum and taught a class on supply chain for a collegiate offshore wind certificate program; selected to teach various aspects of training programs. “Co-Authored Advancing Policy Measures to Drive Development of Domestic Offshore Wind Supply Chain” containing policy recommendations for building a domestic supply chain in the U.S. market. Presented findings to roundtable compromised of CEOs from project developers, representatives from the White House and federal agencies, representatives from state government, and top-level national labor leaders. Tracked federal and state legislative and regulatory proceedings impacting the offshore wind industry. Served as network spokesperson, presented at industry events and conferences, and represented the network before federal, state, and local policymakers, industry and energy market leaders, supply chain companies, and stakeholders.
