Ross Gahagan, is the founder of Short Sale Connection LLC. Realtor, who began his real estate career in 1989. He worked exclusively with buyers & sellers of existing homes throughout the Harrisburg, Pa area. Ross soon learned that the most enjoyable times in real estate sales were routed in the joy of helping people accomplish their dreams & desires. Ross firmly believes that the benefits obtained from helping people enhance their lives creates a far more satisfying wealth than the monetarily gains. Ross earned numerous awards throughout his career as a top producing agent and was admired for his knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail. Ross enjoyed working with buyers & sellers, but also enjoyed training and helping his peers achieve success.In 2007 as the real estate market began declining Ross started working on short sales. While most agents developed a distaste for them, Ross saw them as a challenge and a way to combine his real estate experience & negotiation skills with his desire to help people. He found that closing a short sale was more rewarding than other transactions because of the tremendous appreciation shown by these clients at the closing table after finally ending their nightmare of being held hostage for months or years by their lender.By 2008, Ross dedicated his time working only on short sales. He started Short Sale Connection, LLC in 2009 with the intention of streamlining the short sale process for other agents. Ross works tirelessly to constantly improve how SSC helps real estate professionals expedite the short sale process. We derive a lot of satisfaction from helping real estate professionals, and we\'re proud to have so many agents throughout Pennsylvania who appreciate our efforts in making their business more profitable.
