About Ross Friedman
I represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, privately held companies and startups in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments and other transactions. I also work with entrepreneurs to assist in the formation, structuring and evaluation of funding opportunities for new and existing companies. Additionally, I serve as outside legal counsel to privately held companies, providing advice in a variety of legal issues faced by such companies, such as drafting and reviewing various types of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, consulting agreements, employment agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
