A commercially focused and and hands on Chartered Accountant. Having gained experience within the highly regulated building society sector managing the finance department and reporting to performance to the Board, engaging with the FCA, internal and external audit and being a member of the ALCO and Group Secretary I have therefore gained substantial Board exposure.In 2014 I took the decision to experience a new challenge at a rapidly growing multi-national I.T company. Here I have incorporated financial controls throughout the business and lead the business reporting for the countries in which we operate - UK, USA, Saudi Arabia and Jordan and ultimately the group consolidation. A further challenge that attracted me to the business was the desire to implement a new ERP system which my previous experience at the Vernon Building Society could be drawn upon.
