About Ross Ferguson
I have performed a range of oil & gas operations and project leadership roles for several years in the North Sea, Egypt and Azerbaijan. In my current role as Offshore Installation Manager I made a significant contribution to the safe and reliable start up of the Shah Deniz Bravo offshore and sub sea facilities. I performed as a senior operations leadership role at site but also contributed to the development and execution of the Operations Readiness Plan. Start up was completed safely and ahead of scheduleI have also been recognised by the Republic of Azerbaijan for my development of national staff and leadership.
