I care about people, learning, and leaving things better than I found them.I enjoy partnering with organisations across FMCG and Financial Services to help them deliver complex change more effectively. I relish getting close to the real challenges teams face and helping them turn good intentions into practical, lasting outcomes.As well as the world of business, I spent 5 years as a primary school teacher. That experience still shapes how I show up today. I care deeply about people, about learning, and about creating environments where others can grow and succeed. I’m particularly passionate about the next generation and supportive of the sustainability agenda, both professionally and personally.Outside of work, I’m a husband and a very proud dad to two teenage boys. I’m a football coach, an Ironman finisher (still slightly surprised by that one), and a lifelong Swansea City supporter (Something which has taught me plenty about resilience, hope, and the value of sticking with the long game)At my core, I’m motivated by helping people and organisations make progress that actually matters, building trusted relationships, doing the right thing, and enjoying the journey along the way.
