ABOUT ROSS EVANS
From a young age sport has always been the key interest of mine. I played as many sports as I could at school which expanded my knowledge of numerous sports. My invested interest into sport science specifically was sparked from a trip to the FA\'s St George\'s Park with my school football team, where we toured the rehab and training facilities.In 2019 I completed my FA Level 1 Coaching Award and implemented the skills I learnt by running football sessions to secondary school students. This experience enhanced my organisational, leadership and communicational skills.Since being at university I have partaken in numerous courses and workshops such as an Inclusivity Activity Programme eLearning Module, FIFA Performance Analysis masterclass delivered by Chris Loxston and I am set to attend a HUDL Sportscode Workshop. From these wide range of courses and workshops I have gained a valuable insight into sport from numerous perspectives and discovered the importance of sport which has further triggered my desire to work in the industry.At a younger age I ran the line for Lancing FC Reserves which was an extremely beneficial experience as it exposed me to the inside of a dressing room in the adults game and gave me a basic understanding of how to act around players and how many different roles backroom staff play on match days.
