I am a passionate IT professional and University of Greenwich Computer Science graduate, blending technical expertise with hands-on experience across industries such as construction, hospitality, charity, and film production. My background in IT support, programming, and cybersecurity equips me with the versatility to tackle complex challenges in dynamic environments.In my current role as an IT Technician at Hoare Lea, I provide end-user support as part of the Incident Response Team. I excel in troubleshooting technical issues, multitasking under pressure, and implementing effective, proactive solutions to enhance IT operations.To advance my knowledge in network security and incident response, I am pursuing certifications including CCENT/CCNA, CEH, CISSP, and CompTIA Security+. My academic achievements include leading the development of a JVM-based multi-language Library Management System and conducting research in Digital Forensics and HCI UI/UX design. I am also proficient in Java, Python, C#, and experienced in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.Outside of work, I enjoy assembling computer hardware, experimenting with software, and enhancing gaming experiences through modding. These hobbies reflect my commitment to creativity, innovation, and staying ahead in an ever-evolving field.I am dedicated to contributing to cybersecurity operations by leveraging my analytical mindset to identify vulnerabilities, secure systems, and support cutting-edge initiatives.
