My objective is a discipline leadership or lead drilling engineer role.My goal is to design and implement drilling projects as safely and cost effective as possible to maximize value for the shareholders. I strive to advance my competence level so that I always fit or exceed organizational needs and deliver success. I aim to always have a mentor and always be a mentor. My contribution level includes acquiring, applying, and creating knowledge. My contribution goal is to broaden my work scope to leverage my technical and business acumen toward mentoring and industry knowledge sharing. There is opportunity for sharing my skill set which may compliment the efficiency and cost cutting strategy of the current industry. My strengths include:• Efficient in managed pressure drilling and the strategy and application of equipment to improve well design and execution.• Efficient in casing design. Have designed many wells to industry standards, regulatory bodies, and life cycle loads. Have experience investigating multi-string thermal loads such as APB and hanger liftoff.• Efficient in cement design to meet well objectives from hydraulic simulation to slurry design.• Efficient in cost/time estimation for drilling project capital budgets.• A thorough understanding of the well design and delivery process with proven accountability to deliver within management strategy.• Experience managing risk in well design and execution.• Understanding of MODU construction process and contractor relations.• Proficient in drilling fluid design and solids control planning to execute wells with minimal nonproductive time.• Effective communicating in multi-discipline teams as well as working vertically within a company.• An evergreen business acumen that allows for molding projects to meet multiple execution strategies for customers and wells organization.• Proficient in managing change.• Experience in recruiting and talent selection through campus recruiting.
