ABOUT ROSS SPEIRS

I\'ve been in the merchant industry for 25 years and have worked in many roles, rising up through the ranks from yard operative, trade counter, tool hire, internal & external sales, driver, transport supervisor, branch supervisor and assistant branch manager, branch manager. My focus is driving and promoting teamwork, bringing departments together working as one, bringing efficiency and smarter working into practise, these are some of the skills I learnt during my time with the armed forces, to give customers the best possible experience, everyday I am learning and growing, my journey isn\'t over and still hungry to achieve more and rise higher still.#Teamworkmakesthedreamwork
