I’ve always believed that learning is an act of dignity. It’s how people discover their worth, their voice, and their power to change things not just at work, but in their lives.I’ve been described as empathetic, bold, and endlessly curious; it\'s all true, and all intentional. I’ve seen what happens when someone who never saw themselves as a learner suddenly finds their confidence, their courage, and their spark.
