ABOUT ROSLYN JONES

What matters to most is family, friends, health & fitness, learning, and working with smart, innovative, and collaborative teams. I\'ve been in the software and hardware industry for 25 years with an extensive background in Customer, Partner, and Sales Enablement. Working with some of the most successful companies in the industry for example, NetApp, Apple, Salesforce, HPSW, Informatica, and VERTIAS Software/Symantec, it has allowed me the opportunity to start at the ground up and learn the value of the customer, focusing on what matters (company strategy, goals, and alignment to business outcomes with all of sales, product, marketing, and customer success, just to name a few). Education is a journey, not a transaction and critical to a company and customers success. An educated customer will buy more, renew, and stay a satisfied customer because they see the value of your products and services and the ROI. Partners extend the grow and scale and by keeping them educated similar to sales will potentially ensure a scalable, repeatable, and successful company. Employees are the heartbeat of a company and learning plays an integral role in retaining, upskilling, and driving results based on the company goals and values. Learning matters, and I am a very passionate education business leader who thoroughly enjoys being hands on, building teams, and demonstrating impactful results.
