About Eric Roskelley

I’m a cross-trained biotech program leader with a foundation in neuroscience and more than 15 years bridging discovery and development. My early years were spent at the bench, designing and executing experiments to answer complex biological questions. But a lab-acquired allergy—followed later by a spinal cord injury—pushed me to reevaluate how I contribute. I pivoted to program management not as a fallback, but as a deliberate step forward, bringing the same scientific rigor and curiosity to the strategic side of therapeutics development.Now, I guide programs with both a scientist’s eye and an operator’s lens—aligning cross-functional teams, shaping portfolio strategy, and making sure promising ideas don’t die in PowerPoint. I’ve supported small molecules, biologics, and platform technologies across oncology, neuro, and rare disease. I thrive at the interface: science and strategy, innovation and execution, vision and viability.
