My global role is responsible for training and activating Mastercard\'s Corporate-level crisis response team, as well as maintaining a cohesive partnership across all of our regional locations, consisting of nearly crisis responders. This is achieved through a robust annual exercise program that touches every level of the organization. My team operates with an All Hazards approach, responding to incidents and crises ranging from natural hazards, human-caused hazards, technological hazards, and reputational hazards. As part of Mastercard\'s Enterprise Resilience organization, my team also works alongside our Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Resilience Planning teams.
