With over 18 years of cybersecurity experience, I am the Vice President of Identity and Access Management (IAM) at AIG, a global insurance and financial services leader. I hold the CISSP and Certified Advanced Deployment Professional credentials, and have a strong background in cybersecurity risk management, especially identity, access, and privilege. My life purpose is to leave things better than I found them. I have led, managed, and delivered large, complex, transformative, multi-year, multi-million-dollar IAM and PAM programs, using both cloud and on-prem solutions, such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, ForgeRock, PingOne, and Tivoli Security Product Suite. I am adept at building high-performance, cross-functional, diverse teams in large matrix organizations. I bring commitment, passion for technology, and a strategic outlook to achieve organizational objectives and foster continuous relationships. I have also provided executive advisory and consultancy services to FSRA, a financial services regulatory authority, on IAM and PAM best practices and solutions.
