I serve as a liaison between our company and universities, coordinating career fairs, on-campus events, and professional development opportunities for students and recent graduates.I also organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance our employer brand and foster talent pipelines. Internally, I manage employee PTO tracking, support payroll processes, coordinate training and access with utility partners, and act as a go-to resource for employees regarding benefits, policies, and workplace initiatives.To support our company culture, I plan and execute employee engagement activities, organize professional development workshops, and lead marketing efforts by designing branded materials, graphics, and swag. Additionally, I manage and update all company social media platforms to promote hiring needs and showcase our workplace culture.
