As a Data Programme Coach, I mentor Data Technician apprentices from A-Z through to their End-Point Assessment (EPA), offering guidance in skills development, project work, and industry best practices. Working with a wide variety of employers, in a range of sectors–from engineering through to marketing. As well as teaching senior leaders the benefits of data analysis in driving key business decisions using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau and PowerBI.

As a Data Coach and former Digital Marketing Coach at Baltic Apprenticeships, I guide apprentices from diverse industries through every stage of their Level 3 programmes, providing comprehensive training and support from start to finish. Helping apprentices build strong foundations in data analysis, practical application, making data driven decisions and being strategy focused.With a background in marketing and content production, I have experience of using data to inform creative strategies and drive impactful campaigns. With industry knowledge I guide my learners in understanding both the technical and communicative aspects of data.
