Hi, I\'m Rosie Kerrigan, a sophomore at Indiana University-Bloomington pursuing a degree in Marketing through the Kelley School of Business. During high school, I actively sought opportunities to develop my leadership and community involvement. I volunteered at the Appalachian South Folklife Center, where I assisted in restoring homes and the R.E.A.C.H.H. Child Advocacy Center, and at the After Care Program at Immaculate Conception Grade School, where I supported students academically and organized recreational activities. These experiences taught me valuable communication and organizational skills while deepening my sense of social responsibility. My leadership roles, including Varsity Softball Captain and Co-Head of Women Leaders of Loyola, helped me build teamwork and management skills that have directly translated into my current academic and professional pursuits.Marketing has always intrigued me because of its combination of creativity and strategic thinking, aligning perfectly with my passions and goals. I am actively involved in campus organizations at IU such as Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity, and Gamma Phi Beta, a social sorority. These experiences have helped me strengthen my leadership abilities, build valuable connections, and refine my time management skills, which I plan to continue applying throughout my academic career.Looking forward, I am eager to expand my global perspective through studying abroad, which will enhance my understanding of international markets and cross-cultural strategies. I am excited to connect with industry professionals and contribute to innovative marketing projects as I work towards a successful career. Outside of academics, I enjoy drawing, playing intramural sports, and taking walks to recharge.
