Executive coaching, strengths-based coaching, coaching for resilience, career coaching, redundancy reset, life coaching. 20 yrs ad agency experience.I’m a certified coach with a particular interest in strengths and values-based coaching helping people better understand their motivations and drive, and to identify, develop and utilise their strengths leading to a happier work life, increased confidence and better performance. The business landscape often asks us to do more, for less, with fewer resources. Unknowns and ambiguity are widespread and contribute to increased pressure. The blurring of boundaries between work and home reduces ‘recovery time’ away from work. People have extraordinary reserves, talent and potential, but sometimes need a little support to unlock that potential and find their best route forward. Prior to coaching, a 20 year career in advertising has given me broad and varied management experience and valuable context when discussing the pressures of modern life and work. My approach is collaborative, coaching in partnership with my clients, holding space, providing time to think, listening (really listening) giving support, feedback and challenge as needed.
