My name is Rosie Zapata, I would love to help you with all your real estate needs whether buying or selling residential and or commercial I can help you through the process. Allow me to introduce myself to you, since I was in the Mortgage Industry for about 14 years through the lows and highs of the market as a loan processor, a loan officer and a Mortgage Broker, it gave me the experience that lead me getting into Real Estate. In 2012 I decided to forego being in the mortgage industry and decided to obtain my real estate license. I have been in real estate for 11 yrs now and was part of a great South Florida real estate company where I learned everything I needed to succeed in the business. My background in mortgages helped me stand out from the rest. In 2018 my husband and I decided to move to Charlotte to raise our two girls. Being that I was already a licensed agent in FL I decided to proceed with becoming a real estate agent in NC, and work within the Charlotte Market and surrounding areas. My time in this state and city has made me appreciate the beauty it has to offer and pride myself on showing my clients just that. My love for this city and its people only helps me bring that excitement to future buyers whether looking to relocate or find a new home. I am fluent in Spanish and love my Hispanic heritage which also allows me to work with non-speaking English buyers and or sellers. I strive everyday to provide my knowledge that I have gained in the time here with my buyers/sellers so that they can feel the sense of happiness. My faith grounds me and being honest and fair is a big part of who I am. I can honestly say this industry is very interesting and I love being a part of it and I am passionate about it regardless of the situation we are facing!My Specialties include, expert in Conv, FHA, VA, Commercial specialist, Reverse Mortgages, Loan modifications, short sales,foreclosures, pre construction and new construction, and Knock Certified agent!
