ABOUT ROSIE SWINSON ASSOC

I bring a passion for connecting talent with opportunity as a dedicated HR professional with a specialism in recruitment and talent management. My role involves driving the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing top candidates to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a positive candidate experience. In addition to recruitment, I contribute to key HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and employment law and compliance, supporting a culture of growth and innovation. Demonstrating a devotion to continuous improvement and a commitment to driving excellence within my organisation, not only do I seek development opportunities in the workplace, but academically too. To that end, I\'ve recently expanded my expertise through the CIPD HR Level 5 course with a Distinction grade, building on the foundation of my CIPD HR Level 3 certification.
