ABOUT ROSIE KELLY

I’m an Assistant Director of Information Governance and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) with experience leading privacy, data protection and information governance programmes across charities, education, and the wider public and private sector.My career has centred on strengthening organisational trust - helping values‑driven organisations manage data responsibly, embed strong governance, and enable ethical innovation. I combine legal expertise (DPA 2018, GDPR/UK GDPR, FOIA, PECR) with a pragmatic, partnership‑focused approach that supports senior leaders to make confident, risk‑aware decisions.In my current role, I provide strategic oversight for a large IG portfolio, including the delivery of a DPO service to 750+ schools and multiple multi‑academy trusts.
