As a senior lawyer the in-house legal team at Spire Healthcare, I advise the business on a variety of different matters, from Hospital through to Board level. I sit on the Contentious side of the team, which involves working strategically with external advisers, suppliers and external bodies such as Courts. I also regularly deal with the legal aspects of sensitive public-facing topics and have gained extensive experience in complex investigations, with the broader legal and Regulatory landscape in mind. My role involves working closely with and developing positive and productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external advisers, and I develop and deliver training at all levels.
