One of the key aspects of my role as Commercial Director is ensuring that all advertising, marketing, branding and operational activities are in line with brand strategies and commercial landscapes. This not only applies to One2create, but every single client that we work with. I currently oversee all creative projects, guiding and mentoring other members of the team, whilst liaising with clients during every step of the project. At the same time, I work closely with the development and content marketing teams to design, implement and execute creative, innovative campaigns and strategies. As a well-rounded marketing and creative professional, I am involved in all aspects of online and offline marketing activities, including web design, event support, inbound and outbound strategies, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), brand development and content marketing. My key responsibilities include:• Providing bespoke brand strategies and development• Managing and creative all website designs• Monitoring Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)• Developing, implementing and analysing marketing strategies• On-going marketing retainer support for clients• Liaising with clients during every stage of their project• Pitching ideas for creative campaigns to key stakeholders• Ensuring all work fits with existing client briefs• Directing all creative work across a variety of mediums• Delivering creative content of the highest quality
