As a Product Manager focused on systems and processes for the People Team at Credit Karma, I scale our talent development and talent acquisition initiatives. I am passionate about creating scalable solutions, solving problems, coaching careers, and finding talent. In my current role, I am responsible for building, scaling, and championing our Internal Mobility Program, which serves as a powerful tool for employee career growth and advancement while also supporting business growth.
