I’m a Product Leader at JPMorgan Chase, shaping the future of employee experience through AI, data and design. My work focuses on building intelligent platforms that simplify work for employees, from the Digital Assistant that supports productivity on desktops to a cohesive ecosystem that unifies search, automation and the firm’s notification platform strategy.I lead through structure, clarity and collaboration, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while delivering measurable outcomes grounded in experimentation and value. In recent years, I’ve focused on advancing agentic AI adoption and integrating systems like Moveworks to create seamless support and automation across employee touchpoints.My role has now expanded to reimagine learning for the firm. I am applying agent-first thinking, personalization and contextual nudging to make capability development continuous, adaptive and naturally embedded into the flow of where work happens rather than confined to learning systems or standalone training experiences.Beyond my primary work, I founded and lead the Ignite Product Management community in Bangalore. It has become a strong platform for product development, knowledge sharing and building a culture of learning and craft across the firm. I care deeply about growing future product leaders, fostering inclusion and creating space for curiosity, reflection and growth.At the intersection of AI, learning and human experience, my focus is on building products that make work simpler, enable people to perform with confidence and help them evolve with the organization and the world around them.
