ABOUT ROSHINI SHANMUGAM
Roshini Shanmugam is a passionate Civil Engineer. With a B.S. in Civil Engineering she completed elective engineering courses in Structural Design. Roshini has three years of experience in Structural Design, ranging from design on concrete bridge structures to modeling steel bridge elements. Gaining proficiency in design modeling programs such as Midas Civil and Open Bridge are just a few aspects she enjoys most about Structural Design. Prior years of experience on Design Build projects with various Contractors, opportune her with the experience to work alongside designers. This provided her with the understanding how various factors effected the trajectory of design and how design solutions were facilitated. Roshini was inspired and chose to deepen her knowledge in structural elements by pursuing a career in Structural Design. Roshini plans to sit for the P.E. Civil Structural Exam in December of 2023.
